About the Role

We'rehiring an experienced Project Manager to own the planning, coordination, and execution of standby power projects from the moment a sale closes through final commissioning.You'llbe thecentral pointof contact for customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams β€” making sure every generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) installation is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full lifecycle of generator and transfer switch projects, from sale handoff through installation, startup, and closeout
  • Build andmaintainproject scheduleswithin NetSuite, budgets, and scopes of work, proactively spotting and resolving risks or delays
  • Coordinatewith service department,subcontractorsand vendors to keep field work properly staffed and sequenced
  • Serve as the go-to contact for customers, providing regular updates and ensuringa great experiencestart to finish
  • Review electrical drawings, specifications, and permit requirements to confirm scope and compliance
  • Manage change orders, invoicing milestones, and closeout documentation
  • Support the sales team with technical input, scoping, and proposal development as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, generator/standby power systems, or a related fieldwith abackground in inside sales, field electrical work, or as a generator technician strongly preferred
  • A customer-first, solutions-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skillsalong with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Proficiencywith NetSuite or a similar ERP/project management platformrequired
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); familiarity with scheduling tools a plus
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
