Job Description:

NetSuite Manager - ERP Advisory (NetSuite)

Role Summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced NetSuite Manager to lead high-impact, high-velocity NetSuite work across private equity-backed portfolio companies. This role blends hands-on NetSuite configuration expertise with ITA's broader ERP Advisory and PE playbook - supporting clients through diligence inputs, rapid design, implementation support, post-go-live stabilization, and enhancement roadmaps.

Special Ops consultants operate as elite, cross-functional resources: part solution architect, part functional consultant, part delivery leader. The ideal candidate brings strong NetSuite functional depth, the ability to translate business requirements into scalable configuration, and the consulting presence to work directly with CFOs, Controllers, operators, and PE teams.

This role is not a developer role - but requires strong understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite platform architecture to guide scalable solution design and partner effectively with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Delivery (NetSuite Functional + Advisory)

  • Lead NetSuite workstreams across implementations, optimizations, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering, business process mapping, and design sessions aligned to PE scaling needs.

  • Own hands-on configuration: workflows, saved searches, dashboards, approvals, custom forms, roles/permissions.

  • Guide and review technical solutions (SuiteScript, integrations, custom records) while partnering with development teams - ensuring scalable, maintainable design.

  • Support data migration and validation workstreams, including field mapping, cutover planning, and testing coordination.

PE-Focused Advisory Support

  • Contribute to ITA diligence efforts: NetSuite red flag reviews, integration considerations, and cost-to-scale input.

  • Rapidly assess client environments to identify process gaps, risk areas, and quick-win opportunities.

  • Develop enhancement roadmaps, reporting strategies, and operational improvement plans.

Program + Stakeholder Leadership

  • Act as liaison between client leadership, operators, and implementation vendors - ensuring clarity, alignment, and risk management.

  • Drive structured execution using ITA delivery toolkits (requirements docs, FDDs, test scripts, PMO trackers).

  • Support change management, end-user adoption, training materials, and post-go-live support plans.

Internal Special Ops Contribution

  • Shape repeatable NetSuite playbooks for configuration, testing, and optimization.

  • Mentor junior consultants and offshore resources; ensure quality in deliverables and client interactions.

  • Partner with other ITA practices (IT Strategy, OCIO, M&A Support) to support cross-functional engagements.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required (Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar).

  • NetSuite certifications strongly preferred: SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of NetSuite implementation, optimization, or functional consulting experience.

  • Prior consulting experience or work in fast-changing PE-backed environments is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead NetSuite workstreams end-to-end (design configuration testing deployment).

  • Experience across multi-entity, multi-currency, or integration-heavy environments is a strong differentiator.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Deep functional NetSuite knowledge across: GL, AR/AP, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, and Reporting.

  • Familiarity with advanced modules (Advanced Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing) preferred.

  • Strong understanding - though not hands-on coding - of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk/RESTlets, and SuiteAnalytics to guide developers.

  • Comfort with project and ticketing tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet).

Key Competencies:

  • Strong consulting presence with ability to advise CFOs, Controllers, and PE operating teams.

  • Structured thinker able to drive clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

  • Excellent communication - written, verbal, and executive-ready.

  • Ability to balance functional detail with pragmatic business judgment.

  • High ownership mentality; thrives in lean, agile, high-urgency teams.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to travel as needed (~20-50%).

  • Operates in fast-paced PE-backed environments with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Expected to collaborate in ITA's global delivery structure, including offshore resources.

We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. These values define who we are. We expect all of our people to act ethically and with integrity at all times.

The application deadline for this role is 09/30/2026.

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Crowe is not sponsoring for work authorization at this time.
