Your role

  • You will proactively take care of and further develop OMICRONs direct presence in The Netherlands in close collaboration with the Benelux team
  • You will be responsible for direct sales activities of OMICRON products and services for defined customers
    • you will prepare and hold product presentations and onsite demonstration of our products
    • you will manage established key accounts and enter new customer segments and accounts
    • you will build customer relationships and provide customer, application and commercial support
  • Market evaluation, forecasting as well as active lead and opportunity management are among your tasks
  • You will organize and take part in exhibitions, seminars, conferences and user meetings


What makes you a great fit

  • You have a technical degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor/Master degree)
  • You have several years of working experience in sales management in the field of power system protection, communication and/or high voltage apparatus 
  • You enjoy selling and convincing customers and you have good presentation skills
  • You have a creative, innovative and solution-oriented approach and structured working style
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, French or German is a plus.
  • You are an excellent team worker and enjoy working in a value driven company 
  • You are flexible and enjoy traveling (up to 50%), mainly in The Netherlands, but also to Belgium and occasionally to team meetings in Europe.
