Job description

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Review and record accounts payable and payments in Dynamics 365 Finance 
  • Reconcile accounts receivable invoices and payments in Dynamics 365 Finance  
  • Import and reconcile bank statements and credit card statements daily  
  • Review all company expense reports in RAMP for accuracy and compliance  
  • Import company expense reports from RAMP into Dynamics 365 Finance 
  • Record and reconcile fixed assets 
  • Assist in preparation of monthly reports / schedules for accounting and tax purposes  
  • Identify potential for cost savings 
  • Other duties as assigned
     
 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of double entry accounting  
  • Basic Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)  
  • Knowledge of Accounting software systems required (Dynamics 365 Finance is a plus)  
  •  Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel required  
  • Strong Knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Reliable work style with self-initiative 
  • Enjoy working in a small team environment  
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
     
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
 
  • A minimum of  3 years' experience in Accounting

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited school or university in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 3 years of work experience in Accounting
