Job description

Content Creator / Social Media Manager
Contract · Part-Time · Remote + On-Site (St. Louis, MO)
$1,250 Monthly Retainer · Flexible Hours · Portfolio That Actually Turns Heads · Real Growth Potential
You don't want a boring client. Neither do we.
We produce concerts, galas, corporate spectacles, civic celebrations, and live experiences for some of the most recognized brands in the country. Our work has entertained over three million people. We've transformed empty warehouses into immersive worlds, built stages that stop people cold, and created moments people talk about for years.
And right now, our presence on social media isn't as bold as who we really are.
That's where you come in.
Who We Are
Evntiv is a St. Louis-based experiential event production company with a national footprint. Our clients include Southwest Airlines, IKEA, Mercy Health Systems, The Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis, Washington University, and Edward Jones.
We don't produce events. We engineer Moments of Impact™.
Life is too short for boring events — and it's definitely too short for boring content.
Who We're Looking For
You're a hungry, self-directed content creator who's tired of making content for brands that don't give you anything interesting to work with.
You live on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You know what makes someone stop scrolling at 1am. You can shoot, edit, write a caption that sounds like a human being wrote it, and run a content calendar without being chased. You understand how to find the voice of a brand and make it louder.
You're not looking for a corporate job with a corporate boss and a corporate approval process. You're building something — a roster of clients, a portfolio that gets you in rooms, a reputation that precedes you. This gig accelerates all of that.
One more thing: you're not afraid of new experiences. You see this as the beginning of something, not just a contract. So do we.
What You'll Own
Evntiv's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — built around five content pillars:
  • Event Reviews — the scale, creativity, and impact of our productions, told visually
  • Event Transformations — empty venue to finished environment — the content that breaks the algorithm
  • Brand Content — positioning Evntiv as the definitive leader in experiential production
  • Team amp; Culture — the real humans behind the Moments of Impact
  • Thought Leadership — sharp insights from our leadership team
You'll deliver 12 posts per month. On schedule. On brand. On point. You'll attend select Evntiv events on-site in St. Louis to capture content firsthand — because the best content comes from being in the room when it happens. And trust us — our rooms are worth being in.
The Scope
  • 12 posts per month across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Photo editing, short-form video, graphics, and caption copywriting
  • Scheduling and publishing across all platforms
  • Monthly performance report — what worked, what didn't, what's next
  • Monthly retainer: $1,250
  • Work outside this scope billed at an agreed hourly rate
What You Bring
  • A portfolio that shows us you can stop a scroll — send your best work
  • Fluency in short-form video editing — CapCut, Premiere, whatever your weapon of choice
  • A genuine eye for visual storytelling, not just content production
  • Writing that sounds like a person, not a press release
  • The ability to manage your own time and hit your own deadlines
  • Availability to attend select events on-site in St. Louis
  • A passion for events, live experiences, or creative industries — this one matters
Why This Gig Is Actually Worth Your Time
We're not going to pretend $1,250 a month is life-changing money. It isn't. But here's what it actually is:
Access. We produce events most content creators will never get within 100 feet of. Massive stage reveals. Concert productions. Black-tie galas for 1,500 people. Outdoor festivals. Civic celebrations. You'll be in rooms that become content that makes people's jaws drop.
Credibility. Southwest Airlines. IKEA. Washington University. Edward Jones. These names on your portfolio don't just open doors — they make people take you seriously before you say a word.
Creative ownership. We don't want an order taker. We want someone who sees a content opportunity we're missing and says so. Your ideas are
welcome here. We're actually listening.
A real runway. We're building something at Evntiv. The right person doesn't just execute a content plan — they help shape what comes next. If that's you, this isn't just a contract. It's a first chapter.
How To Apply
Three things. That's all we need:
  1. Your portfolio or links to accounts you currently manage
  2. Two sentences on why Evntiv is the right client for you right now
  3. One content idea you'd execute for us in your first 30 days — make it specific, make it bold
Send to: info@evntiv.net
Subject line: Content Creator — [Your Name]
We read every application. We respond to the ones that make us stop scrolling.
One last thing.
This role exists because we do extraordinary work that the world isn't seeing enough of. We need someone who feels the weight of that — and wants to fix it.
If that sounds like you — we can't wait to see what you send.
