Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a .NET Developer in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications using Microsoft's .NET framework. This role works closely with product, QA, and other engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance solutions that support business operations and customer needs.

  • $65,000 - $80,000
  • $85,000 - $100,000
  • $105,000 - $120,000++

Job Description:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Develop web applications using ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC or Blazor (as applicable)
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Partner with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions
  • Perform code reviews and support team development standards
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues
  • Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standards
  • Design and interact with relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
  • Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and data access logic
  • Support integrations with third-party systems and APIs
  • Assist with application deployments and post-release support
  • Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
  • Stay up to date on .NET best practices, frameworks, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience developing applications with C# and .NET
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Experience working with SQL Server and relational databases
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Blazor)
  • Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
  • CI/CD pipeline experience
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on code quality
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
