Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (Copilot & AI Integration)
Overview / Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, build, and optimize customer service solutions with a strong focus on AI-powered capabilities. This role involves developing and integrating Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions to enhance both agent and customer experiences while supporting enterprise CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure technical solutions align with overall product strategy and technical standards.
  • Design, configure, and deploy AI conversational agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Omnichannel for Customer Service.
  • Leverage generative AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 to improve contact center efficiency, automated email drafting, and real-time agent assistance.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and external knowledge bases to support Copilot functionality.
  • Optimize Copilot performance through prompt engineering, topic configuration, and continuous monitoring of AI interactions.
  • Perform Dynamics 365 form customization, including tabs, sections, sub-grids, web resources, iFrames, navigation customization, and ribbon customization.
  • Develop and maintain solution and sitemap customizations.
  • Create and support C#, JavaScript, and XRM-based solutions, including OData integrations through JavaScript.
  • Develop plug-ins, custom workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPF).
  • Develop CRM portals and custom portal solutions.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.
  • Develop and support Power Apps Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to meet technical and business objectives.
  • Communicate technical concepts and feedback effectively with stakeholders.
  • Participate in technical design reviews and code reviews.
  • Create, implement, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, data challenges, and performance concerns.
  • Contribute to Agile processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform software and product updates as recommended by vendors.
  • Debug and maintain application code.
  • Conduct unit testing, quality assurance activities, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with C#, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • 5+ years of experience using GitHub or other Git-based source control systems.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and integrating AI/Copilot capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in business applications.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Microsoft AI SDKs is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, GitHub, Power Apps, Azure DevOps, Plug-In Development, and Workflows.
