Position Summary:

The Transportation Associate drives execution of freight operations by building and managing optimized load plans, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and coordinating across internal and external partners-directly enabling cost efficiency, service reliability, and uninterrupted flow across the Nestle logistics network

This position will be remote and support Eastern/Central time zone business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with external providers, internal stakeholders, and  Transportation Hub (T-Hub) teams to build and optimize load plans
  • Manage reschedules and escalate scheduling issues to maintain continuity
  • Execute daily operations in line with T-Hub timing and cutoff requirements
  • Apply T-Hub and E2E strategies to balance cost, service, and risk mitigation
  • Provide timely reporting to drive visibility, accountability, and issue escalation

Requirements:

  • 1+ years transportation experience {domestic modes/equipment; Less- Than- Truckload (LTL) &  Full Truckload (FTL)}
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience coordinating across internal/external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of transit times, lane planning, and load building to meet delivery targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Preferred: Experience with Copilot, Power BI, Transportation Management (TM) systems, and SAP or other ERP platforms

The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000- $75,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
