Green Light is a growing healthcare technology company that helps health plans and healthcare providers resolve out-of-network medical claims fairly and efficiently.


We’re looking for a Healthcare Claims Specialist – Provider Negotiations to join our team. You’ll talk with healthcare providers by phone, review claims, negotiate reimbursement, and work toward claim resolution.


If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and working with people, this role offers the opportunity to build a career in healthcare claims and negotiations.


What You’ll Do

  • Talk with healthcare providers about medical claims and reimbursement.
  • Review claim details and negotiate resolutions.
  • Answer provider questions and explain reimbursement options.
  • Manage a high volume of claims and meet productivity and quality goals.
  • Document claim activity and outcomes accurately.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve claims.
  • Follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.


What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, billing, claims, collections, customer service, revenue cycle, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
