The Roof Guys – Nashville, TN and Surrounding Areas
Pay: $75,000–$150,000+ per year
Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided | Canvassers Provided

The Roof Guys is hiring an experienced Roofing Canvassing Sales Manager to lead a team of canvassers while actively selling roofing and insurance restoration projects. You will be provided with a company vehicle, training pay, and canvassers who generate and schedule roofing inspections. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and train the canvassing team, identify productive neighborhoods, conduct inspections, assist homeowners with insurance claims, and close roofing projects.

This is a hands-on sales leadership position for an experienced roofing professional who wants more lead support, strong earning potential, and an opportunity to build and manage a productive team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and train a team of canvassers
  • Identify neighborhoods and territories for door-to-door prospecting
  • Work in the field alongside canvassers to improve performance
  • Track canvassing activity, scheduled inspections, and results
  • Conduct roof and exterior inspections
  • Identify storm damage and insurance restoration opportunities
  • Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters
  • Assist homeowners with the insurance claims process
  • Present solutions, prepare estimates, and close sales
  • Manage customer relationships and projects through completion

Qualifications

  • Roofing sales experience required
  • Insurance restoration experience strongly preferred
  • Experience conducting roof inspections and closing roofing projects
  • Leadership, team lead, or canvassing management experience preferred
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working in the field with a door-to-door canvassing team

Compensation

  • Expected annual earnings: $75,000–$150,000+
