New locum for Vascular and Interventional Radiologist in Oklahoma City, OK-Jan 12 Start-Out/In coverage-$415 Hr-7a-7p

Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship required
Level 3 trauma
OK or IMLC required to apply
CASE LOGS HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BIDS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REVIEW
Full-Time 2184 hours = 182, 12-hour shifts 7a-7p for an Interventional Radiologist
Due to the urgent start, please provide candidates with active OK license or IMLC, and clean background, NPDB
PLEASE NOTE: THEY MUST HAVE VASCULAR AND INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY FELLOWSHIP AND BOARD CERTIFICATION IN INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY SERVICES.
8-10 procedures per day
•    Fine Needle Aspiration 
•    Bone Marrow Biopsy and Aspiration
•    Paracentesis 
•    Thoracentesis 
•    Core Needle Bx Lung Mediastinum 
•    Liver Biopsy 
•    Intro Cath Dialysis 
•    Flow Cytometry 
•    Insj Tunneled Ctr Vad w/ sudq Port Placement. 
•    IR Injections 
-    IMLC 
-    ACLS 
-    Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency diagnostic radiology   
-    Completion of Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology
-    Board Qualified or Board Certified - VIR 
Hospital Privileges Requirement:  
-    Required current experience: 300 vascular and interventional radiology procedures in the “ Past 12 Months”  (Case Logs must be           presented immediately)
*** Embolization of Cerebral Aneurysm” must show specific case logs.”  
AND
-    If Requesting Carotid Stent Placement Privileges - “must show specific case logs”.  
AND
-    If Requesting Intra-Arterial Stroke Therapy and Neuro Intervention Privileges - “must show specific case logs”.
