Job description

Your caseload. Your clinical work. Your kids. That’s all.
At Milestone Therapy our BCBAs do what they love to do - provide exceptional ABA therapy to the kids who need it most! On top of that, as a BCBA at Milestone you are NOT expected to be a manager. There are no disciplinary actions, no annual reviews to administer, and definitely no answering to private equity investors.
Heck we'll even give you a $5,000 bonus so you can do what fills your cup!
To ensure the highest quality of care, Milestone only employs Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) - you will not spend your days compensating for undertrained staff. You’ll get to focus your efforts on doing actual clinical work that fills your cup and moves the needle for our kids and their families.
We are therapist led, independently owned, and laser focused on one thing - unlocking life’s potential. Milestone is a company where the standard is high, the support is real, and the work you do is meaningful every day.
What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
  • Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on guidance.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
  • Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient—not overwhelming.
  • Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.
Why Milestone Therapy?
  • Therapist-Led Organization – You report to professionals who understand your clinical role.
  • No Corporate Bureaucracy – Focus on care, not spreadsheets.
  • Collaborative Pediatric Team – Partner with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and RBTs in a supportive, team-first culture.
  • Fun, Child-Focused Clinic – 12,000 sq. ft. of dedicated pediatric space for play-based therapy and growth!
Benefits amp; Perks:
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental amp; Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • 6 Paid Holidays + Generous PTO Plan
  • $500 Continuing Education Reimbursement
  • $650 Annual Technology Stipend
  • $260 Annual Personal Wellness Allowance
  • Supportive work environment with regular team events and professional development
Qualifications:
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills
  • Willingness to provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to team members pursuing BCBA certification and accruing fieldwork hours
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for helping kids thrive
If you’ve ever spent time at a company where your title as a BCBA made you feel more like an office manager, you already know what you're missing. Come to Milestone and remember why you started doing all this in the first place!
