Mobile Home Visits – Private Practice

Greater Phoenix, AZ (Caseloads available in Central or South Phoenix)

Overview

Due to growth, Nikao Performance and Rehab is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for mobile home visits. A minimum of six sessions per week is required.

The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and communicates effectively. Support is provided to allow the PTA to focus on their specialty areas.

Caseload / Patient Population

The PTA will provide 1:1 mobile home visits. Appointments are scheduled every 40 minutes. This role allows you to deliver individualized care while making a meaningful impact on patients in their homes.

Compensation

  • $45–$50 per visit

  • Visits available during weekdays and weekends

Job Requirements

  • Eligible for Arizona licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant

  • Minimum of 2,000 hours of patient care experience required

  • At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

  • Dry Needling certification preferred

  • PRN candidates must be able to complete 6 patient visits per week
