Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced NDT Level II-III Inspector to support aerospace component inspection and quality assurance operations. This position is responsible for performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections, including Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Visual Inspection, to ensure aerospace parts meet customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment, interpreting technical documentation, following inspection procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring parts meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform NDT inspections on aerospace components using approved inspection methods and procedures
  • Conduct Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Visual Inspections to identify defects and discontinuities
  • Review engineering drawings, routers, specifications, and work instructions prior to inspection activities
  • Set up, calibrate, operate, and perform equipment checks on NDT inspection equipment
  • Interpret and document inspection results according to customer specifications and industry standards
  • Complete inspection reports, quality records, logs, and required documentation accurately
  • Maintain inspection equipment, work areas, and documentation in an audit-ready condition
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace quality requirements, procedures, and safety standards
  • Provide training and guidance to Level I inspectors and support team development
  • Assist Level III inspectors with developing inspection techniques and improving processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within quality operations
Qualifications
  • NDT Level II or III certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of aerospace NDT experience required
  • Experience with Nadcap-certified aerospace manufacturing environments required
  • Experience performing Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, or Visual Inspection
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word preferred
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
