  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across nCino and the Salesforce platform.
  • Configure and customize nCino features to align with business needs and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for nCino-related functionality.
  • Stay current with nCino and Salesforce releases, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Create and maintain documentation for nCino processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Build and manage declarative automation (Flows, approval processes, assignment rules.
