Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled nCino Developer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining nCino solutions on the Salesforce platform for our financial services clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, customize workflows, and build applications that optimize lending, account opening, and other banking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop customized nCino solutions using Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop workflows, process builders, and custom applications to automate banking operations like loan origination, account opening, and compliance.
  • Integrate nCino with other banking systems and third-party applications.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment of nCino applications.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of nCino applications in production.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with banking regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation of technical designs and processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest nCino and Salesforce releases and features, ensuring optimal use of new technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (including business analysts, QA, and project managers) to deliver solutions within timelines.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • 1-2 years of experience with nCino, particularly in areas like loan origination, deposit account opening, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and development.
  • Solid understanding of financial services processes, especially in banking or lending.
  • Experience with API integrations (SOAP/REST) between Salesforce and third-party applications.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling on Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
  • nCino Certification(s) or equivalent hands-on experience in configuring and developing nCino applications.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or similar for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
