Job description

Job Title

The job duties include serving in various areas within the Services Section such as Pass and ID/Vehicle Registration, Police Records, Contractor Security, Visitors Center, Blotter Entry, Supply, Civilian Court, and Motor Transport Dispatch.

Specific duties are:

  • Registering vehicles aboard the installation.
  • Recording traffic citation data in various databases and adjudicating traffic citations upon customer walk-in or telephonic contacts, awarding the required number of points as identified in regulations.
  • Processing contractors/vendors for local businesses/contractor's base access passes.
  • Updating applicable databases, performing Local Records Background Check and issuing a temporary pass following the completion of a National Crime Information Center (NCIC) check.
  • Receiving and processing Sponsored Visitor Forms (SVF).
  • Preparing, maintaining, and filing the daily blotter and all relevant correspondence, records, and documents required by policy governing the operation of the PMO/MCPD.
  • Controlling, issuing, retrieving, and maintaining accountability of PMO/MCPD supplies and equipment.
  • Periodically visiting local jails, detention facilities, and civil court to obtain information and document pertaining to judicial proceedings involving military members.
  • Being responsible for dispatching, managing, and maintaining the PMO/MCPD vehicle fleet, to include controlling, issuing, retrieving vehicles, and maintaining accountability of equipment assigned to each vehicle.
