Position: NCFAST Help Desk Analyst Mid-App Support
Location: Research Triangle Park, Durham, NC (27709)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled NCFAST Help Desk Analyst to join our Application/Production Support team. This role involves providing expert support for the NC FAST application, assisting service providers in troubleshooting issues with a focus on customer experience. You will work closely with business and technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex application problems, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Experience with browser-based applications (3+ years)
  • Strong analytical skills in interpreting automated system issues (5+ years)
  • Background in Application/Production Support (3+ years, not hardware)
  • Proficient in writing and running SQL queries (5+ years preferred)
  • Familiarity with social services and subsidized Child Care/Providers (3+ years desired)
