Ignite is seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician (DTS) - Senior serves as a DTS Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting USASMDC G8 RMASP Division travel operations and audit readiness efforts for Telework.

The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) is responsible for delivering global missile defense, space operations, and strategic deterrence capabilities in support of Combatant Commands and national defense objectives. This role provides expert-level DTS support, travel policy interpretation, audit execution, and business process analysis to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency
