Their main duties include quickly mopping up sweat, spills, and debris to prevent players from slipping and to ensure optimal playing conditions. This role is crucial for both player safety and the smooth flow of the game, and floor cleaners often work during timeouts and stoppages. They must be attentive, fast, and thorough, often working behind the scenes but playing an essential part in every game.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an NBA floor cleaner?

To thrive as an NBA Floor Cleaner, you need attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently during high-pressure situations, often without formal education requirements.
