Empower Bond Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining regular business hours. Occasionally, evening or weekend hours may be necessary for community events or programs that extend our reach and influence. As a member of our hospice center team, you will collaborate with fellow professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client goals.
• Develop and implement service plans that reflect the identified needs, objectives, and aspirations of clients.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring access to essential resources and addressing social justice issues that affect their well-being.
• Participate actively in program development initiatives, evaluation procedures, and grant reporting associated with our mental health services.
• Collaborate with various community organizations, governmental bodies, and volunteers to widen the scope and reach of our services.
• Engage in team meetings, professional training, and outreach efforts to foster community awareness and involvement.

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse client population that includes individuals facing mental health challenges, families coping with grief and loss, and marginalized groups seeking social justice advocacy. Your role will be instrumental in providing the therapy and resources necessary for clients to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.
• Deep understanding of social justice principles, advocacy practices, and trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently.

• Previous experience working within a nonprofit or similar framework that focuses on mental health or community services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and case management software.
• Experience implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and group settings.
