Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FINANCIAL SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT, GENERAL FUND BUSINESS OFFICE DIVISION, ORGANIZATION CHANGE MANAGEMENT BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania: $91,320 - $141,171
San Diego, California: $102,246 - $158,062
Patuxent River, Maryland: $102,415 - $158,322
Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band (DA-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess complex programs, enterprise systems, business processes, or organizational operations and develop recommendations for improvement;
2) Supporting an enterprise system or integrated business environment involving multiple functional processes, organizations, system interfaces, or data sources;
3) Analyzing and resolving complex program, process, system, data, or operational issues involving multiple stakeholders or functional dependencies;
4) Gathering, analyzing, and integrating requirements from customers, functional specialists, technical teams, or organizational stakeholders;
5) Planning or coordinating projects, system changes, testing activities, implementations, operational milestones, or other efforts involving multiple tasks and dependencies; and
6) Developing or implementing recommendations, procedures, process changes, or system-supported solutions that improved operational effectiveness, data integrity, management controls, or program performance.
