About Us:
Were a stone manufacturer specializing in high-quality cast stone and precast products. Were looking for a skilled and hands-on Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production and ensure quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist with daily precast or cast stone production.
  • Manage molds, mixing, casting, curing, and finishing processes.
  • Train and support production staff.
  • Perform quality checks and occasional patching or finishing work.
  • Load trucks, crate, package, and move heavy products (50100+ lbs).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Help with deliveries and on-site assembly as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in precast, cast stone, or concrete manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of mixes, molds, and production flow.
  • Experience in related trades (carpentry, tiling, masonry, or landscaping) a plus.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
Preferred:
  • Stone finishing or patching experience.
  • Familiarity with natural stone (granite, marble, limestone).
Work Environment:
  • Warehouse-based, no remote work.
