Job description

Natural Stone Flooring Installer

Rock Solid Stone Floors is growing, and we’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work.

We install premium natural stone flooring systems for pool decks, patios, garages, driveways, walkways, and commercial spaces throughout the Charlotte area. Our work is physically demanding, detail-oriented, and unlike traditional concrete or epoxy flooring. We are looking for people who want to build a career—not just collect a paycheck.

Responsibilities

  • Install premium natural stone flooring systems
  • Trowel, rake, and finish resin-bound stone surfaces
  • Prepare concrete surfaces for installation
  • Mix materials accurately and efficiently
  • Operate power tools and construction equipment safely
  • Assist with demolition, cleanup, and job site preparation
  • Load and unload materials and maintain company equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  • Provide excellent customer service while on site
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

  • Construction experience preferred
  • Experience in concrete, decorative concrete, masonry, flooring, hardscaping, or epoxy installation is a plus
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are required
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

We value attitude just as much as experience. We want team members who:

  • Show up on time every day
  • Take pride in producing high-quality work
  • Want to learn a specialized trade
  • Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Are willing to work hard and earn opportunities for advancement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Paid training on our proprietary installation system
  • Opportunities for advancement into crew leader and management positions
  • Stable, year-round work with a rapidly growing company

If you’re motivated, dependable, and ready to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us build some of the most beautiful outdoor living spaces in North Carolina.
