About the Role

Zarifa USA is adding a flexible, resourceful teammate to help with everything from content writing and design work to website tweaks, email campaigns, and customer support. You don’t need to know it all on day one—bring curiosity, initiative, and solid Photoshop skills, and we’ll provide structured, on‐the‐job training so you can grow fast.

This position can be part‐time or full‐time and offers hybrid flexibility. Location details are open to discussion, but some level of on‐site work at our Murray, UT headquarters will be required.

What You’ll Do

AreaTypical Projects You’ll Tackle

Customer Engagement: Respond to emails, calls, and live‐chat tickets; flag recurring issues and update FAQs

Content & Design: Draft SEO‐friendly blog posts; refresh older articles; create social‐media graphics and captions using Photoshop, Canva, and AI tools

Website Support: Update product pages in Shopify, optimize images, test links, and make minor HTML edits

Email Marketing: Build lists, set up campaigns in Klaviyo, write concise promo copy, and pull performance reports

Analytics & SEO: Research keywords with Surfer SEO, track weekly traffic, and suggest quick wins for rankings

Project mix changes week to week—great exposure to the full digital‐marketing toolkit.

Schedule & Work Arrangement

  • Hours: 20–40 hrs/week (we’ll set a consistent schedule together)

  • Location: Hybrid—exact on‐site frequency discussed during hiring; remote work supported the rest of the time

What You’ll Need

  • Your own work setup at home: a computer/laptop capable of handling large files, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and a strong, reliable internet connection

  • Comfort in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator & Canva helpful)
