The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist supports the growth and optimization of the company's ecommerce business through product merchandising, digital marketing support, website management, and performance analysis. This role collaborates cross-functionally to improve online customer experience, execute revenue-driving initiatives, and ensure accurate, high-quality ecommerce content across digital channels.


The position for Ecommerce Marketing Specialist is expected to be open until July 10, 2026.


Key Responsibilities for Ecommerce Marketing Specialist:

  • Monitor website functionality, merchandising, and customer experience to identify and resolve issues.
  • Execute product launches, promotional updates, and seasonal merchandising across ecommerce platforms.
  • Assist with inventory visibility, product availability, and out-of-stock management coordination.
  • Perform routine quality assurance (QA) testing for website updates, landing pages, promotions, and ecommerce functionality.
  • Optimize category organization, search results, and product recommendations to improve conversion and average order value.
  • Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and pricing. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, average order value, email performance, and customer engagement; provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve business goals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automated flows, segmentation strategies, and reporting within the Email Service Provider.
  • Create QR codes and landing pages for packaging, print ads, and other marketing needs.
  • Support review collection, syndication and display. 
  • Assist with digital advertising campaigns.
  • Support SEO and AI-search optimization efforts through keyword research, metadata management, structured content, technical best practices, and content optimization.


Requirements

2-3 years of ecommerce experience

Hands on experience in managing and maintaining ecommerce websites/portals - Magento2 or similar

Knowledge of marketing platforms and online sales strategies

2-3 years of experience operating in Excel 

2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics 

Must be able to communicate in English.

Work Hours: Hybrid schedule with on-site and work from home days. This is a regular, benefits-eligible position.


Hiring Compensation for Ecommerce Marketing Specialist: Hiring pay: $58,300 - $68,000 annual base salary, DOQ.
