Job description

Precast Terrazzo Enterprises is a 100% employee-owned company specializing in premier custom precast terrazzo. Because we craft each design individually, the Shop Employee role is critical to our success. We are looking for full-time shop employees who like being part of a team, take pride in their work quality, and enjoy the challenge of learning something new.

We are looking to add a Full-Time, permanent shop employee for a Monday through Friday day shift 6 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime is available for those who are interested. This role is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade within the Terrazzo and flooring industry.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Being able to follow instructions for the various designs
  • Building and creating molds
  • Mixing the custom blends and pouring into the molds
  • Sanding, cutting, and polishing the precast products
  • Confirming quality control and design specifications
  • Shipping and receiving materials and raw materials
  • Filling customer orders


What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • Team-oriented player attitude
  • History of reliability
  • Committed to high safety standards
  • Ability to measure and understand basic calculations
  • Ability to lift heavy items
  • Ability to tell the difference between various colors
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience is a plus but is not required
