Job description

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Operations team as Summer Warehouse Associates. This seasonal position runs from May through August and supports daily warehouse activities to ensure product is received, handled, and prepared accurately and efficiently.
Location: Ephrata, PA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Seasonal Timeline: May - August
What you get to do
  • Unload incoming trucks in a safe and timely manner
  • Break down product from pallets for processing and storage
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments
  • Operate ride-on warehouse equipment (training provided as needed)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

What you bring
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 65lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in a cold storage warehouse environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the entire shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
