Job Title:
Attractions Operator
Overview:
We’re looking for energetic Attractions Operators who love learning and are looking to grow within our company. Operators are responsible for upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, stewardship, and excellence while creating a world where people feel connected to one another and the land – above ground and below. Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Complete all daily Twisted Trails, Maze, and BAT operations including operating groups, emergency takedown practice, and POS transactions.
Safety Guidelines: Abide by all Ropes Courses Inc. Guidelines as well as all Natural Bridge Caverns safety guidelines.
Reporting: Report any equipment issues to a member of Attractions Leadership.
Equipment: Maintain equipment including harnesses, zip line trolleys, course tethers, radios, and water jugs.
Repair: Be aware and proficient in equipment repair and logging those repairs.
Guest Relations: Explain attractions procedures and answer guest questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
Maintain a Clean Environment: Participate in beginning and end-of-day cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, checking guest lockers, collecting trash, and closing access control points.
Other Duties: May be assigned tasks as needed to consistently ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety standards.

Essential Functions:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Occasionally move about their designated area to access supplies
Occasionally ascend/descend ladders
Ability to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand amp; exchange accurate information in these situations
Observe details in close range (within a few feet of the observer)
Move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across park areas for various needs
Work in outdoor weather conditions
