Job description

SUMMARY:

Our Food Service Attendants are critical to the success of our business. They engage with our guests, setting the tone and standard for great guests service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check deli to make sure food & beverage items are stocked.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take guests orders and make menu recommendations.
  • Input orders into (POS) Point of Sale System noting any special preparations in foods.
  • Work as part of a team to provide a great experience.
  • When food is ready, retrieve order and confirm its accuracy with appropriate condiments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have 1 year prior food service and cash handling experience.
  • Excellent customer service including friendly demeanor and patience.
  • Exceptional organization and time management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Able to obtain and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License
