Job description

Native Floral is hiring for a Floral Sales Manager at our customer location in Glenview, IL.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in merchandising and selling beautiful, fresh cut floral bouquets. Our current search is for upbeat, enthusiastic self-starters with the ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team. The person will be organized, flexible, and reliable.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Clean, attractive merchandise presentations

* Customer engagement for selection, purchasing, and questions

* Maintenance on back stock product and quality

* Daily flower โ€œgroomingโ€ to keep bouquets vibrant and attractive

* Unpack floral freight deliveries and organize flowers in cooler

* Pull, push and lift up to 35 lbs.

Position Requirements include (not limited to):

* Schedule flexibility

* Reliable transportation to and from customer location

* Successfully pass a background check and drug test

*Must be at least 18 years old
