Description
The JF Petroleum Group stands as a premier leader in the North American fueling infrastructure industry, offering comprehensive turn-key solutions for distribution, construction, and service needs. We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.
Maintain complete awareness of the relationship between JF Petroleum Service and assigned national service accounts to assure customer satisfaction. This responsibility ranges from details of individual service work orders to major strategic initiatives. When necessary, calmly and rationally resolve problems by understanding root cause(s) and implementing corrective actions (using repeatable processes).
National Service Accounts Manager Job Responsibilities:
  • Assure that all supporting departments within JF Petroleum recognize the expectations of our national service accounts and that they are prepared to fully execute their assigned duties.
  • Be an advocate within JF Petroleum Service for assigned customers and assure accountability of internal resources (branches and service support teams) to serving the needs of assigned accounts.
  • Participate in RFPs/quoting.
  • Manage large projects for assigned accounts that cross more than one branch, or individual projects of large scope within a branch.
  • Monitor quality of service work performed (response time, first time fix, revisit resolution) and assist Regional Service Directors in planning corrective actions if needed.
  • Coordinate new business opportunities and pricing with Regional Service Directors and the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with Project Estimators, Project Managers, Service Managers, Sales, Supply Chain & subcontractors in order that projects for assigned accounts are completed on time, on budget and in accordance with customer quality & technical expectations.
  • Be proactive in communication between JF Petroleum personnel and key customer contacts by scheduling periodic business reviews during which all parties are informed of achievements, opportunities for improvement, and new business. Between scheduled reviews, make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Solve customer problems, make sure commitments are met & measure customer satisfaction. Manage customer expectations based on branch workload.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for adding capabilities in the branches (through tools, equipment and/or training) that enable improved service and/or new services to customer sites. As well as, helping expand the customer footprint for JF Petroleum Service.
  • Work with Training and Technical Services teams to ensure they are proactively assisting in the support of assigned service accounts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience in building relationships and nurturing positive communication with customers
  • Familiarity with retail fueling sites and dispensing equipment
  • Work experience managing projects
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
  • Familiarity with MobileTech, ServiceMax or equivalent maintenance management system & knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and organization skills
  • Proven communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical program preferred
  • Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
  • Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
