Job description

Ecobrite is looking for a high-energy Junior Sales Representative to support our Regional and National Sales operations in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid position, focused on increasing commercial coverage in strategic markets while building a strong talent pipeline for future senior sales roles.

The Junior Sales Representative will support prospecting efforts, generate qualified leads, conduct initial walkthroughs, and assist in proposal preparation. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within the janitorial and facility services industry.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Conduct local market research to identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Proactively research, solicit, and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and database tools to maximize revenue and meet lead-generation goals.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels, including calls, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Create and execute plans to gain market share from competitors.

Walkthroughs & Opportunity Scoping:

  • Perform initial site walkthroughs and capture facility information to support accurate scoping and proposal development.
  • Coordinate meetings between prospects and Senior/National Sales leadership.

Customer & Account Management:

  • Build early-stage relationships with facility managers, district managers, and franchisees.
  • Work closely with Ecobrite Managers to help retain existing customers and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent Ecobrite professionally in local networking events and trade activities, as needed.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline aligned with short- and long-term business objectives.

Proposal & Contract Support:

  • Assist in preparing bids, RFP responses, pricing packages, and business proposals, with support from senior team members.
  • Ensure high responsiveness to inquiries and regional leads.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to align expectations and ensure a smooth handoff after contract closing.
  • Support negotiation preparation by understanding customer needs and market expectations.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, discipline, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to travel locally within assigned territory.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (training provided).
  • CRM proficiency or willingness to learn (HubSpot preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable opportunities.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to be hands-on.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of facility services, janitorial, or commercial maintenance industries (not required).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred for Georgia market.
  • MS Office proficiency and basic business math skills.
