We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to primarily support recruiting for P&G's commercial business areas, with a focus on Design, Media, and Digital Commerce talent. In this role, you will provide high-quality, outcome-focused recruiting supportand project coordination throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.Youwill partner closely with hiring managers and HRleaderstounderstand hiring needs,build targeted sourcing plans,strengthen job descriptions,anddeliver an exceptional candidate experience.

As aRecruiting Manager,you will:

  • Own strategic sourcing and attraction planning for Design, Media, and Digital Commerce talent.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to assess hiring needs, define selection criteria, co-create recruiting strategies, and lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and experienced professionals.

  • Develop a strong understanding of supported business areas to effectively source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by networking through industry contacts, professional associations, social media, job boards, referrals, and talent platforms such as LinkedIn.

  • Provide consultative support to hiring managers on market-competitive job descriptions, strategic pre-screen questions, and competitive offer recommendations informed by market data and candidate expectations.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, the competitive employment landscape, market intelligence, digital media, and innovative recruiting techniques.

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to share and gather information clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of an organization.

  • Strong data and analytics skills, including the ability to use insights to influence stakeholders and guide recruiting decisions.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Phenom/CRM, or similar systems.

  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation for candidates, roles, hiring manager interactions, and recruiting activities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, act with urgency, and execute with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment.

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on strengthening recruiting processes, productivity, and technical recruiting expertise.
