Recruiting Manager

Company: Securitas
Location: Grove City, OH
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000-$70,000 annually

The position will start in Grove City and will eventually relocate to Dublin.

Position Summary

Securitas is seeking a driven and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a high-volume recruiting team in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing recruiting operations, driving hiring results, developing team performance, and ensuring a consistent and efficient candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruiting and team management, along with solid experience in reporting, data tracking, and Office 365 tools. This person should be comfortable leading recruiters, managing hiring metrics, partnering with operational leaders, and using data to drive accountability and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-volume recruiting team to meet staffing goals across assigned business areas 
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and hiring results to ensure goals are met  
  • Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to recruiting expectations and service standards 
  • Partner with operational leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies 
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and hiring support 
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics including interviews scheduled, interviews completed, offers extended, offers accepted, and hires 
  • Create, maintain, and analyze recruiting reports using Office 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams 
  • Use recruiting data and trends to identify gaps, improve processes, and increase team effectiveness 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and consistent communication throughout the hiring process 
  • Support process improvements, workflow organization, and recruiting best practices  
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and partnership with HR and operations as needed 
  • Maintain compliance with company standards, hiring processes, and employment practices 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field 
  • 3+ years of recruiting leadership or management experience preferred 
  • Strong background in high-volume recruiting 
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing recruiting or staffing teams 
  • Strong reporting, tracking, and data analysis skills 
  • Advanced or strong working knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and reporting tools 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience partnering with operational leaders and supporting workforce planning 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in staffing, security, operations, or other high-volume environments 
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and performance management 
  • Ability to build structure, improve efficiency, and drive accountability on a team  
  • Comfortable working with large applicant volumes and urgent staffing needs
