Description
About Wolfe
Recognized among Pittsburgh's 2024 Top Workplaces and Fastest-Growing Companies, Wolfe has been a leader in the Gift Card and FinTech sectors for over 25 years. We partner with national brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC, Pandora Jewelry, Kendra Scott, Wawa, Journeys and others to manage their gift card programs. Our flagship consumer brand, PerfectGift.com, enables customers to create customized gift cards. We are a fast-paced environment, like kayaking down a white-water river, not canoeing on a lake.
About The Role
Do you roll up your sleeves with a passion for project management excellence?
At Wolfe LLC, we are on a quest to revolutionize how we deliver innovative gifting solutions across our product portfolio. We are seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of projects and critical initiatives for the PMO team, with a focus on the Merchant, Finance, and AI teams.
In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that our ambitious goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll take the lead on executing our initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration.  This will require close cross-functional collaboration with product, AI, development, and sales teams. Your project management skill and hands-on approach will be essential in aligning our projects with business objectives and driving operational efficiency.
This is a 5-day onsite role based in Green Tree in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of marketing and AI-related projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and accountability across teams.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, AI, Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate business priorities into executable project plans and manage project intake, prioritization, and sequencing.
  • Actively manage project risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs while maintaining delivery momentum and alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Establish and maintain project visibility through dashboards, reporting, and working sessions using tools such as Monday.com and Jira to enable timely decisions and escalation.
  • Facilitate effective project operating rhythms including stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement to reduce bottlenecks and cycle time.
Impact Statement
Success in this role during the first 90 to 120 days will be measured by, but not limited to, the following outcomes:
  • Achieve full working knowledge of Wolfe’s priorities, product portfolio, and project workflows, enabling independent ownership of assigned initiatives without ongoing direction.
  • Establish consistent project reporting and visibility through Monday.com and Jira, with 100% of active projects tracked against defined scope, milestones, owners, and status.
  • Maintain a portfolio level project completion rate of 70% or higher.
  • Lead quarterly planning for assigned portfolios with documented alignment and approval from leadership prior to project kickoff.
  • Improve execution efficiency by reducing stalled projects and decision delays, demonstrated through clearer ownership, faster cycle times, and fewer unresolved dependencies during the review period.

Qualifications
  • Project Management Expertise: Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in managing complex projects with a focus on speed, on-time, on-budget delivery. Hands on experience w/ Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and other agile tools with an AI-first mindset.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven skills in coordinating efforts across diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and managing cross-group dependencies.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise project reports and present complex information effectively. Experience influencing and interacting at all levels of the organization.
  • Operational Efficiency: Background in streamlining processes, eliminating silos, and improving visibility into project and resource management.
  • Hands-On Approach: Ability to engage deeply in project details, address issues proactively, and drive successful decision-making and outcomes through a detailed and pragmatic approach.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • Experience: 5+ years in software, product, or project management. Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. PMP certification is a plus.
