  • Uncapped commissions with daily pay
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Ongoing sales incentives, bonuses, and contests
  • Comprehensive sales training, easy underwriting, and a customized CRM
  • Company-assisted lead programs that provide fresh and exclusive leads to help you build your business

Many agents appreciate that they can control their income based on the effort they put in.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has a life insurance license, or is willing to obtain one.
  • Enjoys helping people.
  • Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Can pass a background check.

Previous insurance experience is helpful but not always required if you're motivated and coachable.
Daily Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
  • Meet with prospective clients either in person or over the phone.
  • Identify their final expense insurance needs.
  • Recommend coverage that can help pay for funeral costs, legal expenses, or other household obligations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with your clients.
