Compensation:
Total on-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $62,700 to $146,200 annually based on expected performance. $35,000 base salary plus commission with no earnings limit. Earnings are driven by new business growth and expanding relationships within an existing customer base, withadditionalupside through multiple bonus opportunities. High performers may also qualify for annual incentive trips.High performers may exceed the stated range, with top 10% of employees earning $334,000+ annually.
