Job description

Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana's largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children-both uninsured and insured-integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Purpose:
To provide direct clinical and consultation services, documentation thereof, and participate in facility and program requirements and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service/communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office/Outlook, data entry and computer program applications as required.
  • Intake Interviewing (if applicable)/Assessment/Treatment Planning
  • Individual/Group/Family Therapy
  • Case Coordination/Crisis Intervention
  • Obtain third party authorizations
  • Progress notes/Clinical/Billing documentation completed, Electronic Medical Record
  • Risk Assessment
