WHAT DO YOU NEED?
You'll work on-call. That means you need to come in when you're called, any day or any time, to maintain 24/7 coverage and protection.
Flex Security Guard - Class A Building Qualifications:
  • 18+ years old
  • 2+ years of security, military, or law enforcement experience
  • Ability to work any day at any time
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed (reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities and religious beliefs)
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods of time (occasionally 8+ hours)
  • Ability to pass state-required training and meet licensing requirements
  • Ability to complete crisis prevention training and other site-specific training
  • Ability to operate radios, phones, and console monitors
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Associate degree - preferred

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Our Flex Security Guard - Class A Building provides fixed and roving unarmed security for our clients' commercial sites, keeping them safe during all hours of the day. Providing scheduled and on-call coverage, you'll monitor your assigned location and write detailed reports about what you find. You'll respond to calls as needed and immediately respond to critical situations to diffuse and resolve the problem. Customer satisfaction will be a top priority, and you'll make sure to enforce all policies and regulations accordingly.
