The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a General Manager to lead our team at the Wuksachi Lodge and Lodgepole Market in Sequoia National Park, California. As General Manager you will oversee all lodging, food and beverage, and retail operations and share our passion for delivering the highest quality of service to our guests - taking great pride in your work and the impact you have on a moment or occasion. You're an inspiring leader who understands that training and developing your team is critical to the operation and you manage people, processes, budgets, and expenses successfully and effectively.   Housing and relocation are available. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $119,500 - $161,300 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

More about you * Minimum of 7-10 years of management experience in hotel operations required. Multiple operations experience including lodging, food and beverage and retail preferred. * Experience working in National Parks is preferred. * High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business management or hospitality is preferred. * Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization. * Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience. * Valid driver's license is required.
