Mopar Express Lane Dealer Consultant

The Mopar Express Lane Dealer Consultant is responsible for installing, training, and coaching the Basic and Advanced Express Lane functions in assigned dealerships nationwide. This role involves attending training sessions with Stellantis dealers, conducting follow-up installations of the Mopar Express Lane programs at dealerships, and interacting with Stellantis corporate personnel, partners, dealership staff, and upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onsite Training and Coaching: Provide training, coaching, and counseling to dealership personnel.
  • Guidance on Factory Guidelines: Maintain adherence to factory guidelines and Mopar Express Lane programs.
  • Process Implementation: Develop and implement processes in dealerships.
  • Action Plans: Generate action plans and review them with upper management.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure performance using supplied reporting systems and apply benchmarks for success (Salesforce, Profit, CX, Tires/Parts, MVP, MSER, and other assigned programs).
  • Travel Planning: Plan all travel within company guidelines.
  • Reporting: Report on all travel and training plans to the assigned field manager weekly if required.
  • Daily Management: Manage daily activities in and out of dealerships and report all workday activities to the assigned field manager.
  • Program Training: Present, facilitate, and provide program training or guidance to large groups.
  • Program Growth: Prospect and review programs with dealer management staff or ownership to gain additional program growth.
  • Documentation: Keep documented activity of assigned dealerships, including store visits and program progression.
  • Communication: Communicate any roadblocks or concerns to field managers regularly.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance, including business casual dress and clean personal hygiene.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional job duties as assigned and subject to change with management approval or direction.

Requirements:
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience with Express Service Program in OEM Dealer or Retail environment or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in car and truck maintenance and repair.
  • Experience with on-site dealership training.
  • Microsoft Office 365: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 95% with overnights required.
