Job Duties:
  • Hire and train Field Supervisors
  • Assist with training of sub-contractors in technology and APP usage
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Establish great client relationships
  • Manage sub-contractors within given geography
  • Solve any issues and/or non-performance
  • Assist in hands on landscape operations
  • Provide field guidance when needed
  • Validate services using technology
  • Irrigation experience

Position Requirements
  • Managerial experience
  • Landscape or exterior facilities maintenance experience
  • Strong MS skills and CRM, such as Salesforce
  • Familiar with smart phone and tablet technology
  • Travel throughout the state
