The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving our marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events. You will be responsible for growing business profit and revenue and developing long-standing business relationships. If you are proactive, truly enjoy providing superior service, and a high sales performer who loves taking ownership, this could be an ideal place for you!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educating clients and customers about brand benefits
  • Preparing a business development plan based on past performance and franchise growth objectives
  • Building, maintaining, and strengthening client relationships and developing new prospects and leads
  • Completing annual marketing needs assessment and planning
  • Performing comparative analysis of revenue, collection, and activities metrics
  • Developing marketing initiatives and budget for an annual marketing plan
  • Recruiting, training, developing, and managing marketing teammates

Position requirements include:
