  • Label deliveries and maintain organized, accurate inventory records
  • Communicate with suppliers or shippers to resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with inventory control and general warehouse organization
  • Perform regular housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean and safe
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with safety regulations
  • Work toward and maintain forklift certification
  • Support and demonstrate Blue Diamond Core Values: Integrity, Commitment, Compassion, Growth, and Positivity

  • 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehousing, or a related administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work reliably in a physical, fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification (if not already certified)
  • Dependable, team-first attitude with a commitment to safety and cleanliness

Why Blue Diamond?

You’ll join a strong, growing company where your contributions are valued and your potential is supported. This role is a great opportunity to build your warehouse career with a knowledgeable team in a company that takes pride in its people and its product.
