Summary
BlueLinx is seeking a National Accounts Representative - Outdoor Living to support and grow sales with our major retail customers. This inside sales role will focus on key Outdoor Living categories, with an emphasis on composite decking and related products. As part of our high-performing National Accounts team, you'll work across the organization to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the building products industry while gaining exposure to national retail accounts and category leadership. Candidates with experience in composite decking and related products are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do
  • Support and grow relationships with major retail customers in the Outdoor Living category.
  • Champion composite decking, railing, and related outdoor living products within customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and support category growth.
  • Partner with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to execute programs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing product and category insights.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The salary range provided is a good-faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. BlueLinx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
