Job description

About the role
HealthFitness is seeking a motivated Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
This on-call/substitute role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys flexible scheduling and teaching classes on an as-needed basis.
Bring your energy, expertise, and passion for fitness to help keep our workforce active and engaged.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $25 - $35/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
