To thrive as a NASG Operator, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a background in military operations or air surveillance, often supported by relevant training or certifications. Familiarity with radar systems, surveillance software, and secure communications equipment is essential. Effective teamwork, situational awareness, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are standout soft skills in this role. These competencies ensure timely detection and response to aerial threats, contributing to national security and mission success.

What are NASG (Non-pneumatic Anti-Shock Garments)?

NASG, or Non-pneumatic Anti-Shock Garments, are medical devices used primarily in emergency care to stabilize women suffering from obstetric hemorrhage (severe bleeding during or after childbirth). The garment is wrapped around the lower body to apply pressure and temporarily reverse hypovolemic shock by shunting blood to vital organs such as the heart, lungs, and brain. NASGs are especially beneficial in low-resource settings where immediate access to surgery or blood transfusions may not be available. They are reusable, easy to apply, and can help save lives when used as part of a comprehensive emergency response.
