Pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour
Per Diem: $150.00/day for non-local candidates

Position Overview

NASCO Industrial Services & Supply LLC (NISS) is seeking a dependable, hardworking Water Truck Driver / Crew Member to support our core drilling operations. This position plays a key role in keeping drilling projects running efficiently and safely.

In this role, you will primarily operate a water truck to support drilling rigs and field operations. When not driving, you will work alongside the drilling crew as a third man, assisting with general labor, site upkeep, and operational support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, values teamwork, and takes safety seriously.


Key Responsibilities


  • Safely drive and operate a water truck in support of core drilling operations
  • Supply water to drilling rigs and maintain support for field activities
  • Serve as the third man on the drilling crew when not operating the truck
  • Assist with physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and handling materials
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
  • Follow all company safety procedures, site rules, and operational guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the drilling crew to ensure efficient job site performance


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
  • Tanker Endorsement required
  • Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor and field environments
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to assist in multiple areas of the operation
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team
