Clear-Com is currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You will be responsible for creating compelling and visually stunning designs across various platforms. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role will be hybrid based out of Alameda, CA or Carlsbad, CA.
What you will do in this position:
  • Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects, including digital, video and print media.
  • Conform to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
  • Facilitate visual brand guideline discussions to ensure ongoing evolution & conformance to our changing business vision.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create engaging and effective design solutions.
  • High attention to detail across design principles and written copy.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Create and assist in the development of branding and marketing materials, including but not limited to: logos, artwork for websites, brochures, print/digital ads, sales/marketing collateral, digital communications, tradeshow graphics, social media graphics, video projects, PowerPoint and other design projects as needed.
  • Design, edit and produce video/digital marketing materials consisting of but not limited to: broll video footage, still picture montage/reels, and social media reels/gifs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work and share new insights with relevant team members.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support during the design review process

What you need to succeed in this position:
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of Technical, Computer-Graphic Skills and use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in both digital and print design.
  • Creativity and Artistic Skills. A talent for creating unique and practical design elements-that are also effective (from a marketing standpoint).
  • Experience with and expertise in creating PowerPoint presentation.
  • Experience with design for effective email marketing communications.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Experience in multimedia production, motion graphics and video editing software.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Final Cut Pro Studio experience a plus.

Pay Range: $70,304 - $87,500. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
