Job description

Description
Dellino Family Law Group isn't your average law firm-we're a fierce, tech-savvy, drama-slaying family law powerhouse in Seattle. We fight for clients with skill, strategy, and just the right amount of sass. We've got infrastructure dreams are made of: an amazing intake team, a billing specialist who actually likes math, and discovery attorneys who are mythical unicorns that love discovery-so you don't have to.
Now we're looking for a paralegal who's ready to dive into litigation, keep things organized, and maybe even laugh at our Slack memes. You'll be the right hand to our attorneys, the calm in the chaos, and the master of all things calendared.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Communicating with clients like the compassionate pro you are
โ€ข Keeping attorney calendars and court deadlines under control (like a boss)
โ€ข Drafting pleadings, client letters, and the occasional motion (with flair and accuracy)
โ€ข Prepping for mediations and trials like a backstage magician
โ€ข Handling discovery-but only the parts our unicorns don't want
โ€ข E-filing, scanning, organizing, and generally keeping digital chaos at bay
โ€ข Being present in client meetings and helping them feel heard (and not lost in legalese)
Qualifications
โ€ข At least 3 years of experience in WA family law and the court rules of King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties (others are a bonus!)
โ€ข A working knowledge of ShareFile, Adobe, Office 365, Slack, Apple products, and Clio-or the ability to fake it till you make it
โ€ข Solid communication, stellar writing skills, and a kind heart
โ€ข E-filing ninja skills
โ€ข A sense of humor, because family law isn't always sunshine and rainbows
โ€ข A strong desire to be part of a team that supports one another
โ€ข The ability to meet billable hour requirements without losing your soul
