System Analyst

Position located in Alameda, CA at Insight Global. The role supports one of the Bay Areaโ€™s largest behavioral health clients with technical expertise for their NetSmart myAvatar EHR.

The candidate will handle application and business workflow testing, general troubleshooting, and communication with various stakeholders, including both technical and nonโ€‘technical personnel.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required
  • 3+ years of EHR system support experience
  • Experience with application and business workflow testing
  • Prior experience supporting NetSmart myAvatar
  • Experience working crossโ€‘functionally with DBAs, Developers, Report Writers and nontechnical teams
  • Experience with Jira, Atlassian, and Smartsheet
